Cole, being a Hyrax, is rather short and has a light brown fur colour. His hair is rather messy and unkempt, and is slightly curly. He has an average body shape, if not a little skinny. His eyes are a deep blue. However, when Cole takes on his Super Hero form known as Neos, his body is entirely covered in a bright outfit. His helmet is a base back colour with a pink, yellow and cyan visor over the eyes, a grey mouth cover, and white streaks that connect at the back. His body is covered in a skin tight suit that is black on the arms and legs, whilst the torso and chest is pink, yellow and cyan to match with his helmet. He has a white of white gloves and white boots that are all cuffed with rings that match the previous colours.

Cole is a very positive person, or well, he tries to be. On the outside, he puts on a smile, loving to encourage anyone and everyone around him. However Cole deals with a lot of pressure, with trying to balance hero work and student life, he often feels scared and alone, but does his best to surpress these feelings.

Powers

Whilst in his usual form, Cole is completely powerless, but when he becomes Neos, he gains slightly enhanced speed and power, letting him be slightly more powerful than an average mobian. Along with this, he gains an small aresenal of weaponry, the main of which being the Neon Saber. This weapon is a sword made of three connecting neon beams of pink, yellow and cyan colours that shape themselves into a blade appearance, when this connects with an opponent, it can burn them along with cutting. The second of his weapons is a Neon Blaster, a gun with a very futurisic appearance that can fire laser beams at his opponents.

History

Cole was just an average student, for the most part. He was always a bit of an outcast, yet had his small group of friends that he was particularly close with. One day, after a short walk home, Cole would find himself walking through a field, which was a shortcut for him. However, as he walked on, he found a small crater in the ground. When he went to inspect it, something launched out at him, attaching itself to his wrist as he fell backwards. He inspected, looking to find out what it was. It seemed to be some sort of device, a black device with pink, yellow and cyan buttons. After attempting to pull the device off, it appeared to be stuck, so with little options left, he pressed all three buttons, which suddenly caused his body to become taken over by a strange power, and morphing him into a brightly coloured, outrageous form. Upon finding out he was given these powers, he began to start using them for good. It started small, stopping some muggings, rescuing animals. Until it developed into taking on actual villains. This is all becoming a lot for Cole, he was getting hurt a lot, and it was a lot of work.. and somehow he has to balance this with being a college student.
