History: Jessie is a known delinquent and resident rebel girl of her town. Her actions were aimless and frivolous until she met Florence, who she fell madly in love with. To prove her devotion, Jessie began eliminating anything or anyone that posed even a small inconvenience to her life. Eventually Florence took notice, and allowed Jessie to be her girlfriend and bodyguard. Once the two left school they began a life of crime.

Personality: Jessie has a violent streak a mile wide and is very proud of that fact. Her mood can change on a dime, and Florence is the only one who can talk her down from a rage.
