Raine is a naturally positive guy. He is addicted to games, and spends most of his time surfing the web and messing around with social media.
His parents were victims of a curse, so when he was born, Raine was cursed to have the ability to control the weather through his emotions. His parents were able to find a way to suppress this power (they made him wear a necklace w/ a seashell brooch, which he keeps in his pocket) so that his mood swing would not cause sudden floods.
However, Raine is mostly happy so there were not many incidents wherein he caused trouble. He also is not aware of this power; all he know is that the seashell will always protect him from harm.
He is Poindexter's best friend, and can aggressively cheer him on during his games. They have a strong "bro" friendship.
Raine: "Bro do you lift?"
