He has the powers of an "angel," when Boss first found him he was wrapped up in pure white wings of steel. They were firm, a protective shield against all external forces, a wall between him and the world he put up for safety. Boss was able to gain Haru's trust, not very easily when dealing with a 6yr old who doesnt understand his abilities. 

Haru's full powers not only include his wings, but also healing abilities, heightened senses, and a soothing voice.
