Kipper - he/him - wolf - young adult (late teens)

Kipper is the middle wolf prince of the Amber Creek Valley. He is often quiet, has a short temper, and is hot headed and stubborn. Kipper takes just about everything seriously (he has trouble taking a joke), he is lonely, and struggles with his self worth. He is very intelligent and loves to read (he wishes he could write!) and is very loyal to the few people he has close to him.

Kipper was raised with his two brothers by the dragon monarchs of the valley, King Mac and Queen Eliza. He lived in the castle alongside the dragons, which lead him to feeling very alone, as the only other wolves were his two brothers. Because they spent so much time together, the three have a little bit of a strained relationship, simply because they were in such close proximity for so long. There were few dragons in the castle that were Kipper's age, which furthered his lonliness. He took every chance he got to travel outside the castle, visiting with other factions and learning anything and everything he could.

On one excusion to the Westerly faction, Kipper meets two catbirds his age- Claire and Abel. They end up becoming very close friends and they regularly go back and forth to visit each other. Kipper would have the two stay at the castle with him for extended visits and they still remain his closest companions.
