Billy claims to be a vampire and is absolutely convinced he is. When people make him mad he will hiss at them and threaten to drink their blood. He claims to enjoy hunting people, but this is completely false, he's too cowardly and afraid of consequences to actually hurt someone. He does drink blood, but it's always blood stolen from a blood bank. His sleep schedule is completely nocturnal. He loves to wear black and red, and will only wear clothes that cover up most of him like sweaters and hoodies, even when it's too hot to be wearing those. Billy has no friends and is very lonely, but he thinks it's just natural for someone like him to be "ostracized from mortal society". In his mind he cannot die, but he is not reckless because he's never tested it and is too scared to. He pretends to be disgusted by "mortals", and will be quite rude to people he doesn't know enough, often calling them bloodbags.
