July is one of the only powerless humans. Xi ever really cared for the system, but they don't think they'd be able to survive without the governments funding and housing, so he reluctantly keeps it.

Cloud, the Hero named after their bright pink colors and signature ponytail, is very well loved by civilians and very respected by vigilantes. He never goes after vigilantes who do good, and always avoids hurting villains when he can. Knowns widly as one of the only good heroes left.

July has a fiery personality, known for his guns-blazing style of heroing. He has a strong sense of morality, leading to him being reconized as one of the few 'good' heroes left. July is responsibly, fiery and has a strong moral compass.
