Ruby is a bit self centered and conceited, and as a business owner she is generally looking out for Number 1. She likes to make money and enjoys running her business, although she isn't so far gone as to start murdering people so she can get more clients in the door. She is somewhat distant or flippant to her employees, while to clients and especially people of importance she will do everything she can to meet their every whim and demand. She likes to view herself as important, and would like other ponies to treat her as such.
Due to her involvement in a cult of a death god, she can sometimes act mysterious or like she knows more than she lets on. She likes feeling superior to others or more intelligent, and enjoys dropping a few hints here and there that she thinks others won't understand.
Ruby is on the smaller side for ponies, with overall delicate features like a small muzzle, dainty hooves, and a thin horn.
