About

Kimiko is a very strange woman to most who know her. She excudes such a veil of elegance and confidence that it almost covers up decisions she makes as a CEO that would leave most of her associates scratching their heads. Still despite how unorthodox her methods are, they usually always work in her favor so no one has the gall to say anything. That and Kimiko using a sweet voice and pushing her chest out a little gets most men to shut up anyway. She knows what she has and isn't afraid to use it to her advantage. Between that and her way above average height, Kimiko doesn't find it hard to wrap most people around her finger with ease but, that's only if absolutely necessary. For the most part, Kimiko actually appreciates honesty. People who kiss the ground she walks on when she needs an actual opinion get right under her skin and more then often fired very quickly. It takes a lot to get her steamed but, trust me; You do NOT want to get her to that level. There's a rumor that people she hates end up mysteriously missing, just like how it was with her father before he died. No one can confirm it and even if they could, no one would try.. Regardless of such harsh gossip, Kimiko is beloved by most that work under her. She tries her best to not live up to the "horrible boss" stereotype. Workplace safety and fairness mean a lot to her and it genuinely makes her feel horrible if something bad happens under her watch. She tries to make it up to her employees tenfold if it happens. It keeps people working there even with such bad rumors going around about her but, that's only an added bonus. It's hard to tell what's really going through her mind half the time between her seductive poker face. People have a hard time telling if/when she's being genuine or manipulative but, she sees it as doing what she has to in every situation.

 Past

From a very young age, Kimiko was taught to be prim and proper. With her mother dying at a young age and her father being too busy building his business, Kimiko was practically raised by the servants that worked around the mansion she grew up in. Her father gave the workers two rules: 1. Keep Kimiko in line. 2. Give her anything she wants. Having anything in the world being handed to you at any given moment was nice for a while. It was the whole reason why she was able to transition as a girl at such a young age to begin with. Yet, even with everything a little girl could ask for it was never what she really wanted. Kimiko would eventually stop asking for things and try to do things on her own to help pass time. This was frowned upon by the servants but, she insisted with the second rule that was stated all the time. She tried so hard to bond with the workers as well but, none would get too close on account of being afraid of her father. The rumors of people disappearing who crossed him was enough to keep everyone who worked under him paranoid of making a single mistake. So between that, her being homeschooled, and not getting out of the mansion that much, Kimiko felt all alone for the majority of her life. No matter how much her father said he loved her, his inability to be around her and try to make an effort to respect her gender talked so much louder.


 When she was 18, her father immediately had her start training to one day take over the family business. She learned all the usual skills like finance but, also things like how to manipulate people into doing what you want and how to seem great for investors and TV. What she didn't expect to learn however was just where all those dark rumors stemmed from. The only reason why her father's business grew so wealthy so fast was because, in a desperate state, he made a deal with a infamous underground cult full of assassins. They promised him the world in exchange for a good chunk of his profits from the company when it took off the ground. Now they were in too deep and there was no way to change it. Not that her father even cared at this point. He could have unruely investors "taken care of" and get their money once they were legally dead. Kimiko didn't have a good impression of her father growing up but, this was the straw that broke the camels' back. Still she played the role her father wanted. The only reason he kept her around was to be an heir and who could say no to all that money, right? From then on, whenever she was by herself, Kimiko would write countless journals full of ideas of how to rip her name away from such filth whenever she was the one who ran the business and put them in a locked box in the back of her closet. There was no way she could let that continue. No amount of money in the world was worth peoples lives. Money was dirty to her anyhow. 


 On the day of her 25th birthday, one of the maids got the call from the hospital. Her father had died. They classed it as a sudden heart attack but, Kimiko knew better. She knew who the culprits were but, continued to keep her mouth shut. No one can know of this under she herself could end this cult with her own bare hands. She barely even remembers the day of his funeral. It was just another Sunday to her. It's not like she visits his grave anyhow. What was important was her finally being instated as the new CEO. It wasn't as great of a day as some other rich kids would have had. The weight of her fathers deporable behavior now sat heavily on her shoulders in a way she couldn't have been prepared for. It was something she couldn't tell anyone and had to act like everything was fine to the public. The cult leader still has the idea that she is going to keep going in her fathers stead and she does the bare minimum of what they want to keep appearences for now. Now finally having the power she needed, Kimiko has been plotting for the last five years on how to get her plans in motion without them failing catastropically. She started hiring people who didn't seem like the kind to work a stuffy office job. Borderline deliquents, outcasts to society, even people with criminal records. While she would have given these people jobs regardless knowing how hard it is for them to get hired, Kimiko was slowly weeding out the worthless yes men and weak salary men that her father had hired and was starting to fill those positions with a potential army. Which is why she hired whichever Matsuno asked for a job without thinking twice. 


 The only people who were hired that weren't being used for that purpose were the ones she hired as, lets be blunt here, sugar babies like Todomatsu. Despite her sultry appearence, the main reason she has this position going for multiple people was to finally make some sort of friends and potentially more. Sure, sexual things were great and something she wouldn't complain about but, her ideal time spent is going out to dinner or giving them whatever they want. Learning more about them and having someone to talk to. She doesn't like to think of how sad it is that she has to pay people to see her as anything other then a rich CEO. 



 Skills

Master Manipulator: Thanks to her training to be a business woman, Kimiko's learned the art of manipulation. She knows just what to say and do in any situation to get people to listen to her and do what she says. It's something she doesn't like doing, taking pride in her sincerity in most situations but, sometimes people won't listen to reason. In those cases, she does whatever is necessary.


Gun Prowess: Being mixed up in an assassins cult means that, while also learning buisness jargon, Kimiko also had to learn to defend herself. Despite Japans' strict gun laws, being rich means you can bypass any laws that you feel like. She knows how to shoot multiple kinds of guns.. just in case. 



Sailing: On the rare times she'd leave her mansion, Kimiko liked to spend her time on the family yacht. For a long time she never left the dock due to not knowing how but, now that she has full control of her familys' money she used some of it to take sailing lessons to finally be able to have an escape away from everything even if just for a few hours usually.

Hanako Sakura  [ secretary/best friend ]

Kimiko and Sakura met one day when Kimiko was only instated as CEO for a month. Sakura was breaking the fountain in front of the company building and Kimiko was told to do something as a sort of "training". Otherwise they probably would have called the police and maybe they should have because, no one could have guessed that Kimiko would hire her as such a high position almost immediately. No one knows why she did that and no could could convience her to take the decision back. Giving Sakura a stable job eventually helped her mellow out into the sweet young girl she is today. Even though Sakura isn't the best at conversation sometimes, Kimiko appreciates her for just listening and also giving her genuine opinions when asked. So far only Sakura knows of the dark underbelly of the company but, is completely fine being Kimiko's bodyguard as well as her secretary.

Matsuno Todomatsu  [ sugar baby/potential boyfriend ]

The only way you can get a sugar baby position is through some sort of connection. Luckily for Todomatsu, he had connections to Kimiko through her secretary and Kimiko knew immediately by the way he wrote on his application that she wanted him for the last open position for this "job". His interest plus his adorable handwriting was all she needed. Kimiko finds Todomatsu to be one of the most cutest people on the planet. She loves to hear his giggles and gives him whatever he wants whenever he does a cute pose/face. It took a bit of prying and a few kisses but, when Kimiko finally got him to open up to her about more personal matters, it made her feel a real connection to him that she hadn't felt with anyone else before. They can sit and laugh and gossip for hours and she loves letting him let off some steam about his brothers. It was such a great feeling to know the relationship was something more then a transaction.

Kentaro Atsushi  [ promoted employee/sugar baby ]

To be fair to Atsushi, a lot of his money DID come from his hard work. At first. It didn't take long for him to climb the ladder to be at a status of being around Kimiko more often then most when he worked so hard for it. Once he did, she immediately became interested. The way he talked with such charm and charisma made her "promote" him to one of her sugar baby positions instead. So now the money he makes isn't as impressive but, neither of them care if he keeps lying to keep up appearences. Even when she found out that his charm wasn't completely genuine, that only made her more interested in learning about him. Their relationship is a lot more casual then the one she has with Todomatsu but, now that she knows that they know each other she loves to set up things between the three of them to Todomatsu's dismay.

Matsuno Osomatsu  [ employee ]

Osomatsu originally applied for Kimikos' sugar baby positions but, she couldn't take more then one at the time. Not that he wasn't interesting to her but, Todomatsu caught her attention more. To make up for it, she ended up giving him an easy position of a muffin boy. He wasn't particularly happy about this and would end up making fun of her to other employees. She eventually caught him doing it and instead of getting mad like a typical boss thought it was hilarious. She had never seen anyone stand up to her like that and it was that kind of honesty that she wanted from an employee. She promoted him to be in most meetings and while he drives Choromatsu insane from his extremely inappropriate jokes, Kimiko loves the vibe it brings to the otherwise stuffy office atmosphere. The two of them poke fun at each other all the time and she doesn't understand why his brothers think so lowly of him.

Matsuno Karamatsu  [ employee ]

If Karamatsu wasn't currently in a relationship at the time, he probably would have applied for the other position like his brothers. Instead though, he had a goal to be able to earn money to be able to move out of the house and into some place with his girlfriend which he had no issues telling Kimiko about in flowery detail. She was impressed by how many words he could fit into a sentence but, thought the notion was sweet since she knew of him and his brothers' background. The two didn't interact much mainly because, of his lower position. They didn't run into each other too often. Until one day when the forementioned girlfriend who she learned her name was Sumi practically broke down her door yelling at her for letting Karamatsu work himself to near death. Other employees used him to do their work behind her back and she had no idea. Kimiko apologized profusely and offered to pay his medical bills as well as give him an increase in salary. She still feels bad for that incident to this day.

Matsuno Choromatsu  [ employee ]

Choromatsu was the first one of the Matsuno family that Kimiko ended up hiring. He had his connections through Sakura who the two had developed feelings for and anyone Sakura likes that much is someone Kimiko trusts. Choromatsu is a very deligent employee even if he'd sometimes put too much work on himself and end up not finishing things on time because, of it. Kimiko has had to talk him out of his fears of being fired multiple times saying it's okay to make mistakes and it's not a big deal in the long run. Her casual nature always gave him whiplash but, he was thankful nonetheless. Seeing how well he worked, when Sakura gave word to her that his other brothers were interested in positions Kimiko didn't think twice before giving them the jobs they needed. Choromatsu sometimes can't stand how his older brothers behave finding it extremely unprofessional but, Kimiko never seems to mind so he doesn't scold them as often as he might normally.

Matsuno Ichimatsu  [ acquaintance ]

Ichimatsu was one of the few Matsunos' who wasn't interested in her job offerings considering his "job" that he has at his girlfriends' cafe so, Kimiko doesn't know as much about him as she does the others. She's talked to him in passing in a group chat but, nothing much more then that. It's easy for anyone to see that he's not one for talking and kind of a recluse so, she tends to give him his space out of respect. She knows she carries a very inimidating aura sometimes so, she wouldn't want to make him anxious by forcing conversation.

Matsuno Jyushimatsu  [ acquaintance ]

Jyushimatsu was also one of the only Matsunos' not to take interest in Kimiko's job offerings since he already worked a small job at a convenice store. She, like Ichimatsu, would talk to him in passing over a shared group chat but, nothing much more then that. Sometimes he'd run his brothers over lunch if they forgot it and end up sweeping papers everywhere from just how fast he'd run in. It honestly just leaves Kimiko impressed whenever she sees him do things like that. They just don't have much in common so, conversations don't happen between them too often but, she wishes she could have that much energy sometimes.

Iyami  [ enemy ]

Iyami used to be an employee under Kimiko until it came out that he was somehow embezzling money from her into his own pockets. He was fired pretty quickly after that and arrested. She didn't hear anything of him for a while until she started noticing strange rumors about her demenor circling around the office. Rumors she wasn't used to. She eventually found out that he was using some kind of pill to make himself a woman when he realized that his female form looked pretty similar to the CEO. All he needed to do was get a spray tan and cut his hair and was in the business of scamming people using her face. She sued him for identity theft and was arrested again shortly after.

Hoshi Mai  [ acquaintance/accidental "business partner" ]

When Kimiko found out about Mai's involvement with the same cult that practically controlled her company, she immediately apologized for her involvement and promised to end it once and for all. Mai is such a sweet girl, it made Kimiko so upset to know she was mixed up in all of this. Sometimes Kimiko will use Mai like a double agent to get information straight from the source to help with her plans to overthrow them.
