Rainpoof Child

Not much is known about him before he came to the snowy town he lives in now. He seemingly came from nowhere, taking the town by storm. He is quite cold, literally and figuratively and doesn't have many friends. He works for a small syndicate doing odd missions here and there for extra cash. He lives in a small house with Phaios now who helps him on occasion especially with extortion/intimidation missions.

• He doesn't care how he wins. He'll trip you in a race for legless people and act like you fell on your own.

• Sword is mainly for show but he'll use it if he has to.
• He spends most of his money on useless stuff, getting his sword repaired and food.
