Personality

Vortex is a cheerful fellow, and doesn't let a lot of things get them down. They enjoy taking life how it comes, but is always ready for battle if needed. They are considered the biggest fighter of the group, having the strongest moves of all of them. They are typically considered a good luck charm by the other pokemon from being a victini, but they don't really see Themselves as that. They really just want to be a normal pokemon without being special at all.

Backstory

No one really knows where Vortex came from. They were just found one morning as a baby by the village, who all helped out and pitched in to raise them, believing they must have been sent as good luck. But no one was as close to them as Stella and Ginja. Being around similar age to them, they ended up hanging out a lot, and got close to them that way.

Eventually, Vortex had a feeling like they needed to go out into the world, and leave the small town they grew up in. So they got his two best friends with him, and the village reluctantly let the three leave to start their own adventure.
