She is very weak, her halo flickers and her voice is very soft and tired sounding.
Background
Finch was an angelic being before her death, in the lab she was forced to sing her soft melodies that was recorded and sold as therapeutic relaxation music for people with sleep issues, or anxiety. They didn't treat her well and she soon got sick and lost her voice. Around this time is when the lab got hold of w-ai leaked blueprints and they started to make a vessel. Once that was finished the scientists killed her right next to the vessel as a type of ritual in order to be able to record more of her songs. This didn't turn out how they expected, she was so weak when killed that her soul was already in the process of passing on. The connection turned out very weak because of then. Her arm ended up falling off after some rough handling because she couldn't get the energy to speak for a few months. They tossed her out with the trash, figuring she would die after a few days.
