Kim is a optimistic Pokemon, and is quick to cheer up anyone who seems sad around her. She is quite outgoing and can be found talking to and befriending strangers in frequently due to boredom. She is very protective of those she loves, especially her girlfriend Bailey.

Kim is quite clumsy. She often forgets that her tail and wings are makes of water, and will accidentally sit on or touch things that should avoid contact with water with them. She will then feel extremely guilty and apologize repeatedly to the owner of said thing while on the verge of tears.
