Hinata:

Diesel:

Hinata is super bouncy and has way more energy than he'll ever be able to burn off in his entire life. Very excitable and hyperactive, but also extremely overconfident and a showoff - which makes for a terrible combination, and as such he is a very impulsive daredevil. He's a fast plane and likes to zoom as much as possible
Diesel is an overworked, very tired kid with too many expectations weighing him down. Everything and everyone must be perfect all the time and he gets fed-up quickly and very crabby when it isn't. That said, he is perfect, obviously, and tends to be pretty haughty and judgemental to everyone about it. He is an acrobatic plane and is very extra about it, like a ballerina might be just for the Flair, u kno
The boys initially absolutely hate each other but settle into a best-frienemies relationship. They are appalled at any insinuation they care about each other and then spend all evening sitting back-to-back chatting quietly. Their relationship generally boils down to Diesel desperately trying to keep Hinata from making stupid decisions while Hinata tries to get Diesel to lighten up a little by dragging him around to have fun.
Physical closeness equates with personal closeness in their society so they often horse around but will also cuddle!
