Vivian Liesmith, the self-proclaimed King Of Cats, is an average fae,  showing a inclination, towards fire magic and shape-shifting. He has a  penchant for trickery, and leading travellers astray, the former giving  him his surname.

Generally appearing as a cat, Vivian will try to  pry the name of his victim or feed them, to keep them from leaving his  woods. He cannot keep said victim without owning something of theirs, or  them owing him something, whether a promise or food. He can however  curse them if they anger him or strike them.

Vivian isn't  especially popular among his own kind, perhaps due to his swinging moods  and his quickness to use violence over trickery when on even playing  grounds. Leaving him very much along in his woods and often wanting  company.
