Hilda and Erin bonded quickly because of their similar quirks. With Hilda's cheerful, warm and loving nature, it was almost impossible for Erin to not start testing the waters by calling her mama rather fast. Hilda melted about it, and naturally encouraged it without ever pushing her.
Erin was given space to grow, learn and to feel safe, which has made her trust her mothers a lot, and once she realized that this was her forever home (so to speak), she started brightening up a lot, even though she still suffers from abandonment issues and some trust issues. She trusts Hilda especially to comfort and reassure her

Erin was adopted when Hikaru was 14, and Erin herself was 7. Erin was shy to begin with, but Hikaru was eager to get a new sister, doing her best to accommodate her and bring her out of her shell.
Erin boasts to everyone about her sister attending Shiketsu, and part of her wishes to follow in her footsteps and be a hero - but she also wishes to help her mothers run the flower shop. They are supportive of her either way

Hikaru is super proud of her sister, and loves her a lot. She helped Erin learn Japanese sign language so she could communicate with Hikaru's girlfriend Minori. The two has gotten into a lot of mischief together
Hikaru is also incredibly protective of her sister.
The two have a lot of fun with hair styling, and Hikaru will help her sister change her hair colour when she is feeling adventurous.
Erin was more withdrawn from Celeste at the start, though she appreciated that Celeste would never push her on it. She was given space and time, but there was always an open invitation. She never felt shut out or ignored.
After getting more safe on Hilda, she started opening up more to Celeste as well. The two bonded over Celeste teaching her to paint, as well as teaching her about colours.
