Technically Steve is one of the first characters I ever created. Certainly the first Pokemon character.
Steve is a world hopper of sorts. He is in multiple series and plays big or small parts in all of them.
He has 4th wall breaking powers in RP settings due to his world hopping tendencies
Everywhere else, he is just a normal eccentric umbreon.
In Eevee Academy, he was the Janitor of the school. His janitor closet is... full of surprises.
