Boglight doesn't have any fins or gills like some of his other relatives but he has a smooth frog like skin that helps him swim better then most cats. He doesn't mind the fact he cant breath underwater or visit aquatic cities under the sea with a  water tank. He prefers to be a semi normal cat in the swampland. He is laid back and content where he is without much worries or cares. Because of his glowing spots he offers his services as a guide helping lost travelers though the swamplands.  He never stays with anyone too long as most people he sees are just passing though. Sometimes he is lonely and likes to watch the sunrise over the waters or bask in the moonlight from above the trees.
