Crowbot is a robot created by Jubilee who somehow magically gained human consciousness. He was originally a thrown away scrap scarecrow, and Jubilee repurposed him, making him into a robot. He has both scarecrow and robot parts, scarecrow parts obviously being the hair, skin, and clothes, and the robot parts are his literal rubber hose limbs, skeleton, and computery insides.
