she's mischievous but in a way, a little princely due to loving to rescue people, although she also tends to do some crimes.

She's technically dead (hence why her ship is a ghost ship) but has come back to life due to mysterious forces. She's not one to question these or the odd flooding of the world since she was last alive, but she feels very energized like she's just woken up from a long nap and is quite peppy because of it.
