A male fenghuang draped in extravagant silks, loves bathing in the sun and reciting poems as an entry to conversation.
He's the king of all other birdkin and named the leader among other fenghuangs, although their kingdom is disguised to be ordinary like many human civilizations. Not many visitors are accepted into the empire but imports, mecrhants and tourists are heavily surveiled and require extensive paperwork to apply for visitation.
Fengxin can be named a lazy king. He loves reading and indulging in tasty treats on any given time. He keeps himself clean and draped in expensive imported fabrics, but he fought hard in the past to prove his worth to lead.
On the contrary, the common birds often say that that it is good Fengxin is lazy. When he's on his feet and frantic, that's a cause to worry for that danger may be lurking around the corner.
