About
Dubhgald (DOO-GALd) is a high ranking member of the Unseelie fae, directly under the Queen of Air and Darkness. He has formed some sort of union with the Queen, which is understood to be akin to marriage, though they are rarely seen together. Though most well known as being the Winter Queen's consort, Dubhgald's main job in the court is to gather information. Through sending spies, research, observation, and speaking with every manor of people-- from human commoners, to any higher ups from all of the fae courts, to angels, demons, and devils-- Dubhgald works to gather an extensive and endless pool of information. The pool being both metaphorical, but also a physical pool of magic he deposits information into to keep safe. He is also known for his incredible memory, to the point of being able to recall every detail of every story he's ever been told, as well as his ability to create massive illusions and alter people's minds.
Appearance
A tall lanky fae, with an ashy complexion and hands that look like they've been stained by charcoal. Two large horns protrude from his head, which is covered in a large, fluffy, mane of what seems to be some type of fur. What's most striking, however, is the large moth wings that sprout from his back. Much like the rest of him, theyre various shades of grey and black, but with large eye-like patterns adorning them. Many have claimed to see the eye patterns moving around as if they're inspecting something, or even staring directly back at them.
