Rayna

Half-cat and half-kitsune, Rayna was born with flames of foxfire lining her back. She quickly learned the extent of her powers—her flames could be manipulated to create illusions, though they always maintained the flames’ blue, transparent look. Her powers and natural agility led her to become part of the Cat Club, a semi-secret diplomacy group (that does a lot more fighting than it should). 

Rayna is upbeat and happy-go-lucky, always putting her best foot forward at every opportunity. She loves to listen to stories, especially old legends and tales. Though not well-versed in the workings of technology herself, she has many devices issued by the Cat Club; it normally takes Tillie to fix them for her, however. 

Her greatest weakness would be her impulsiveness. Rayna has a long and well-known history of only thinking after she acts. Whether it’s charging straight into a trap or causing more destruction than the villain she’s trying to stop, Rayna struggles with self-control. 

Along with her foxfire ability, Rayna is also one of the most physically skilled of the Cat Club elites. While Penny has more pure muscle, Rayna is faster and more agile, though light enough that a strong blow easily knocks her aside. If the Cat Club needs to fight, Penny and Rayna will both be on the front lines.
