Occupation- he builds sound equipment like megaphones and microphones and speakers/sound systems etc. And he's also a nightclub DJ 

Praseodymium is his twin brother

He and his bro live in a house that is like a modern art museun; its clean and spacious and it has a lot of random glass figurines in different colors (but mostly pink, green, lilac, purple, yellow,  light blue) Their bedrooms are themed after their elements; Neo's is purple and pink themed mixed with black and white and is mainly music themed. He had a soundproof room to test out both his creations and music mixes.

Both tend to smoke but neo smokes more (these elements are found in mischmetal which is used in lighters; theres a higher percentage of Nd in this mischmetal than Pr) 

The necklace, headset, and logo on his shoes is the crystalline structure of the element (for both Nd and Pr) and his belt just has his prefix / nickname
