Jade is often seen as the perfect guard, personality and all. Her drive to complete every job is what keeps her going, as well as her sword fighting whether practice or for real. Jade has always had no fear working with weapons, she doesn’t falter when metal touches her fur. Jade is often always looking ahead for danger, often this can be a negative if she decides the best course of action is to go on alone. Jade often will make impulsive decisions when off duty that can lead to punishment. 

Jade yearns for battle, her mastery of close-combat weapons serves as her main attack strategy. However, Jade has no regret of using the magic imbued in herself as well as her sword to gain the upper hand. Jade’s green electricity is derived from her own element and fused with her sword for a powerful, but controlled strike.

Jade grew up in a middle-class household in a once beautiful city. Arkelois was a city for anyone to grow into whatever they wanted to be and promoted members of its society to grow their own businesses and to help others. The city was known for its low crime rate and beautiful architecture. The city was built to be a direct mirror to ancient and godly cities, often being referenced as the town derived of angels. 

Jade was introduced to sparring early on in her life as she walked around the parks and various battle arenas. Her interest in sword fighting was ignited by a guard tossing her a wooden practice stick and teaching her the basics. From then on Jade devoted herself to learning sword fighting and preparing herself to be a royal guard. 

Jade was a young adult when she was finally accepted into training for the Royal Guard after she had spent years training on her own she had mastered multiple close-range combat weapons such as knives and spears. On the day of her graduation, she was to forge her own sword with whatever materials she chose. Jade chose a home-metal often used for many of the architecture around her, arklium as well as more common metals such as steel and copper. Her final touch was to embed emeralds and jades into the sword’s inner hilt. When her sword was forged she was given silver armor as a symbol of her training with the Royal Guard. Jade spent her years as a young adult protecting high class and royal citizens inside and outside the city. 

Arkelois became a staple for anyone across the world, something to hold in high regard, the city was the first and only of its kind. Naturally, this only brought more attention from those who took it as a challenge to destroy what others’ built. After only 80 years of the city reigning, a coupe alongside an invasion took place slaughtering all of Arkelois’s citizens. The downfall of the city became the open streets and the high towers without escape. Thousands died, and the ones who did escape lost everything and were forced to hide their past. Jade was in the upper-class district when the attack began, she quickly defended her party, but her armor was struck at her heart. The blow bent the armor inwards and she collapsed. Rubble buried Jade overtime while she remained asleep for days. Upon waking up she had a cloudy memory and discovered the ruins of Arkelois already infested by plant life. Jade didn’t know what had happened, or why she was there, but her true instinct to protect kept her wandering the ruins. Raiders often came to the ruins to check for valuables, but it was always protected by a ghost. Jade became cemented as a legend alongside Arkelois, time past and most regarded both as a myth. Jade still guards the ruins while trying to trigger her memory. 

Sword Fighting

Jade has mastered knives, spears and the art of the blade. Her sword is black in color, but is decorated in serrated edges that can gnaw their way through most metals. The large green gem on the hilt serves as a housing for her element that can store energy.

Terrain Traversal

Jade is quick on her feet, she has the agility of a fox and can run as fast speeds without her armor. Jade’s large claws allow her to grapple to any strong surface to scale cliffs. Her back legs are also powerful and allow her to leap into the air or jump from tree to tree.

Electricity Pull

Jade’s main elements are given to her by nature, the electricity produced by the forests of her world as drawn to her as she can store and manipulate it with ease. This also allows her to communicate with plant life by exchanging electricity.

• Her sword is created various molten metals infused with jades and emeralds.
• She has armor sets she usually carries around when traveling.
• Primarily uses a form of nature electricity, however in very in tune with plants.
• Innards are all green, especially bones. Her teeth are very small and sharp.
