Personality:  He is a very cold and calculated individual. Always observing before acting. He is arrogant and always sweet talks his way into the hearts of women. He is greedy and always puts him and his precious things before anyone else.   

Short biography: Dugal was a proud admiral in the Spain naval fleet. He ran a large crew and was well respected amoung the aristocrats and royals. He was married to a young lady by the name of Pacifica Samus whom of a daughter of Joseph Samus a rather wealthy and highest member of the royal court. They had their daughter Ellie and tried for years and years to have a successful birth but the babies would either be stillborn or miscarried. Dugal eventually went rogue and became a rogue and pirate,things went down hill when he became a drunk and slept around thus angering his beloved wife. He had killed her after she lost control and brew a rather dangerous storm. He went into a depression and killed himself thus finding himself in hell going mad and hunting his beloved.
