Josephine is the strict, but fair, Headmistress of the Magical Society. She has held the role for several years now, and still often finds herself second guessing her decisions. Something she never lets on to those she works with and for. The position is not an easy one by a long shot, but she was hand picked by the founders of the academy, and she vows to not let them down.
Josephine will often try to take on too much at one time despite having a council of individuals who can help her manage tasks. She likes to be be seen as being capable of doing everything, and often manages to pull it off. The only ones she will confide her doubts in are the founders, and they are quick to assure her that she's doing just fine. Still, she has made some enemies during her tenure. There is Coop, who has vowed to kill her some day. And Honeyduke, who just doesn't like being told what to do. And just what has her personal apprentice, Winterheart, been up to?
Her personal brand of magic is spell-casting, and she's quite accomplished. She would have to be in order to hold the Headmistress role. Josephine will also study other styles of magic to better help anyone learning.
