Cali

Cali had been a stray for as long as she could remember. For the first half of her life, she lived off of being a petty thief on the streets until one day she was caught red handed trying to swipe some fish on the docks. Instead of being turned in to the authorities, she was put to work by the sailors she had tried thieving from, and in return they clothed her, fed her and took care of her. She became very indebted and close to the crew of the ship.

Over time, Cali grew to love sailing the seas and dreamed to one day be the captain of her own ship. She hopes to sail the seas and explore the world while helping other folk. She runs extra errands and odd jobs when they're at port to help raise the money to buy her own boat.

It was an early morning of running errands and tasks, when Cali noticed something by the shoreline. To her surprise, it was an injured, unconscious red haired sea turtle. Unable to leave the hurt turtle alone, with great effort, she carried her back to her home and nursed her back to health. Though the sea turtle objected to being treated by her upon waking up, she eventually warmed up to the cat's friendly nature and the two consider each other best friends.
