Alexa was born in Stone Mountain, Georgia, with her loving family, which included her mother, father, twin sister, and little brother. The family owned a llama farm, known as the Martinez family farm, which was always popular around the area, for buying wool, and sometimes chicken eggs as well. Because of this, Alexa grew up loving and being very close to animals, and helped out on the farm a lot, even at a pretty young age.
When she was in middle and high school, both Alexa and her sister Anna were bulllied a lot, although Anna usually took the brunt of the bulling. The two made sure to protect one another so it wasn’t so bad, not exactly enjoying the school experience, and struggling to make friends. Alexa always had Anna beside her though, so none of this bothered her much.
When she got older, Alexa also didn’t see her dad less and less, due to his job in the military. She didn’t mind this though, and always had a close relationship with her dad, who also taught her how to use a gun.
...She didn’t think this skill would come in handy as much as she thought she did... When the apocalypse happened, when she was 21.
When walkers flooded the earth, Alexa’s life went downhill fast. Both of her parents died immediately at the start, and Alexa became separated from both of her siblings. Being forced to survive on her own, Alexa ended up dealing with a lot of trauma, that hurt her both physically... And mentally.
Over the years Alexa went through a ton of trauma, but managed to meet some important people on the way. She met and fell in love with another survivor named Nick, who she got married and had a child with. She also met some very important friends who she pretty much considers her family, her friends and family helping to help Alexa’s mental state a bit.
After some time, Alexa and her friends and family settled down in a town known as Wellington for almost a year, where Alexa gave birth to her daughter Ava. However, an attack happened to Wellington where Alexa got separated from Nick and Ava, traveling around with her friends Clementine and AJ for a while.
Over a year later Alexa ended up in a town called Prescott, where she met some of her closer friends, such as Tripp, Javier, Kate, and more. During this time however, Prescott was attacked by a group known as the New Frontier, causing Alexa and her friends to be forced to leave town. Eventually Alexa and her friends ended up in Richmond, where to Alexa’s surprise, Nick and Ava were living at, alongside some of Alexa’s old friends as well. After dealing with some trouble, Alexa finally made her home in Richmond, finally happy to be reunited with her friends and family, and happy to have a safe place to live at…
…Or so she thought. Richmond was a happy place for years, until they ended up at war with other communities…
…And this war might be the breaking point for Alexa and her family.
Now, Alexa and her family are thinking about leaving Richmond. But this decision might change their lives significantly…
