Currently, in a god-coma. Not very fun at all. This happened due to the same being that caused the flood, its awakening sent them into a coma. It then took their son and used him to gain power before he escaped. Currently, Madolyn is still in the coma and unaware this is happening. It is unknown if they will ever wake up at this point even if the creature is defeated, due to how deep in they are.

Technically came before Pine and Shard, but had all their work destroyed and was sealed away many millennia before the universe conceived of new gods.

What was left of Madolyn, and the inspiration for Pine and Shard, was taken and transplanted into Pier. Madolyn, in that sense, was the start of humanity as it was their human form that they found. This version of Madolyn is still hibernating and is regularly visited by Okeanos in order to check on her.
