Duke Onic Moonhewer I

Onic Moonhewer is a powerful land owning Qhobarian noble and the father of High Duchess Einris Moonhewer. He initially met the party during the Rebellion arc, becoming their ally and assisting them with ending the necromancer in return for their part in helping him finally end the Republic rebellion's attempt to overthrow his nephew, King Urgof Kirga II, and restore peace to Qhobar. He is one of the party's most powerful allies and currently one of the only people in Caspera to possess firearms of any kind, holding the secrets to engineering cannons.
Onic is abnormally large for a dwarf, standing around a foot taller than most of the rest of his kind though he retains his sturdy, wide Dwarven anatomy, making him appear even larger than he truly is. Though it tends to be mostly obscured by his clothing, Onic bears a large sleeve tattoo that occupies his left arm and breast. Starting as a band around his wrist, his entire forearm bears a black gradient that ends at his elbow, a band separates his upper arm and a row of many large stars beneath a moon cycle wraps his bicep, while his shoulder is occupied by a depiction of a large, eclipsed moon surrounded by dwarven-styled decoration. A decorated band extends out, wrapping from his shoulder to his breast with the phases of the moon nestled beneath it. He has very long, wildly curly hair that tends to appear similarly to a mane when not styled or pulled back. His hair is a deep grey color, his giganticism causing the natural black color to mutate into a lighter tone, though stress has also caused premature streaks of white to pepper his hair as well. Onic has jade green eyes, and a dark beauty mark rests beneath his left eye. A long, jagged scar curves from the inner corner of his right eye across his cheek and beneath his jaw and chin, cutting across his thinly trimmed beard. Onic has large, heavy eyebrows and a resting scowl. Combined with his large size, especially compared to the general population of his homeland, leads most all to interact with him to be deeply intimidated in his prescience.
Onic wears very regal, deep navy blue clothing, leaving only his head uncovered. He wears thick, padded pauldron-like shoulder pieces connected by a wide gold decorated dwarven chain inset with blue gems. Around his neck is a high blue collar with gold set around it. He has black clothing beneath the blue featuring intricate gold detail. He has large brown gloves with large golden pieces set onto them like armor. Around his waist is a segmented golden belt with a large blue gem in the center, and many draping layers entirely obscure his legs. The bottom of his long, tabbard-like outer layer is lined with fur and he wears large, plain brown boots.
