Rei is usually very confused about what's happening, she also seems dumb, but in reality she's really sweet, polite, curious and always wants to learn. No one knows Rei's age, neither does she, but people think she's still juvenile for her species. She doesn't know where she came from or who her family is, but she doesn't mind, she's happy how life is right now. Many people suspect she had gotten very ill and the illness caused her memories to be wiped, when it was probably that she just bonked her head too hard and forgot everything. As you can tell, she's also clumsy. She didn't used to walk on two legs until something happened and she mutated. Guess she's still getting used to it. It would have been easier for her to remember how to walk if she had not evolved into a humanoid.
