Seems to enjoy playing Devil's Advocate. There's an eccentric air to this Pokemon, almost like a jester. When he’s not riling up others with how blunt he chooses to be in terms of his “honesty”, he’s especially smarmy; something he not only acknowledges, but relishes in almost.
