as a kid, he lived a fairly normal life with his parents and twin sister, helping out around his family's grocery store. unfortunately, around at the age of twelve he but experienced a series of events that both traumatized and changed him and his twin, ash. as a result of these events, his mother died and father committed suicide, leaving him and ash to fend for themselves. the two were thrown into the foster system but quickly ran away - opting to attempt to survive on their own.

astrid took on work as a hitman, doing whatever he could to earn money to survive. throughout his young teens to early twenties, he continues work as a contract killer. although he can use a variety of weapons, he specializes in close combat. highly efficient with knives.
