Being the person who gets scammed. People touching her car. NIKO bringing food into her car. Being wrong. Cold and humid weather. Lawmen. Animals, especially dogs. Not being listened to. Boredom. Modern technology. SIRIUS screwing her over. EM stealing her spotlight.

PERSONALITY

High-strung and egomaniacal. Moody. Manic. She is drawn to risk--"risk is just another word for opportunity!"--and is a little too eager to go all-in on a gamble. Razor-sharp wit but poor planning ability. Her absolute self-confidence and clever words cause people to trust her despite everything else. For some reason, is constantly broke, but the next big thing is right around the corner!

OTHER NOTES

Runs a used car dealership under a name that's definitely not hers. Owns a dozen ID cards and passports with different identities. Is Morgan even her real name?

CHARACTER AFFILIATIONS

NIKO: Morgan's 20-something nephew. A tech-savvy former honor student with good grades and independent wealth gained through running phone scams, he was expelled from med school under circumstances that his parents would prefer you not discuss. Figuring he was screwed either way, he went to live with Aunty Morgan, the other black sheep of the family. He brings the book smarts to the table and she brings the street smarts, and together, they're definitely going to succeed this time! Also: each thinks they're the smarter of the pair and regards the other one as a deluded dumbass.

SIRIUS: A former "business associate" of Morgan's. A cocky exotic animal smuggler with a bad mustache and a gold-toothed grin who shares her taste in tacky fashion, he recently double crossed her one too many times and the two are no longer on speaking terms. Also? He dented her car. Unforgivable.

EM (PROFILE): An up-and-coming star who, like Morgan, aspires to get to the top by any means necessary. Morgan thinks she's still too young and has a lot to learn, while Em thinks Morgan's too short-sighted. When their egos will allow them to work together, they come up with some great plans, but they descend into bickering more often than not.
