She hates losing and she always tries to win, even if she can be killed. She never tells lies and she wants others to be honest with her. She is pretty brusque and sometimes little childish. She's impulsive, aggressive and inpatient. She likes ruling and fighting. She doesn't respect anyone except Chess. She can be little sadistic. She cares about her appearance and always tries to look good, even if she is bleeding. She thinks humans are just livestocks and she can't stand that Ryo beat her while fighting, so Thyone promised to kill Ryo. Even if she hates humans, she doesn't like to drink children's blood, she thinks only pedophiles do it. She likes making others angry. She's quite intelligent and brave. She's a huge flirt and she knows, how to use her beauty to get what she wants.
Thyone enjoys fencing and she never leaves her saber. In fact, she always has some weapons with her, not only sable - she has two stilettos hidden in her boots. Making poison was what she was doing for living, when she was still a human. After all this years, she still practices this skill. She learned to play piano as a vampire - she had plenty of years of boredom to practice it. Humans, who heard her playing says that they felt as they were listening to the death song.
As a vampire Thyone is unnaturally strong and fast. She's immortal and she can regenerate - unless she is hurt by Cursed Gear. As a Progenitor she can turn human into vampire, but she has used this ability only once - to turn Cassius into vampire.
She also can make poisons or cure from herbs. Thyone is a good at fighting with sable.
When Thyone was a human, she was an apprentice of herbalist. She learned about natural medicine and how to help people. She was talented, but she didn't like curing people. She liked when other people called her a "witch", so she started preparing poisons and selling it.
After 3 years she decided to learn how to fight with a knife and became a murder, who kills people for money. She got a lot of orders and she eliminated plenty of humans. One day someone asked her to slay the cruel man, who killed her customer's brother, and of course, her client had promised to give her pouch full of gold coins. She agreed.
She wanted to finish her job as soon as possible. She though her victim can't notice her, if she sneaks up, but she was wrong. This man was Ferid Bathory. He ripped the poisoned knife from her hand and started laughing. Thyone was so scared and she couldn't move. He imprisoned her and drunk her blood. She was his prisoner for few weeks. Ferid started to like her sharp tongue. In the end she was turned into vampire.
Thyone started liking her new life as a vampire, but she couldn't forgive Ferid drinking her blood. She came back to her house and continued her job. After about 100 years she got bored and left her cottage. Rest of her backstory is unknown.
She had decided to join Krul's army few years before the Apocalypse Virus killed adults in Tokyo. She lived in Sanguinem.
In Shinjuku she fought against Ryo and was stabbed by her. She was bleeding very hard and before she passed out, she had promised she'll kill Ryo. Girl though she was dead and ran away to help her friends. Thyone was saved by Chess.
It's safe to say that they don't like each other. Thyone is much older than Cassius and she always thinks of him as a brat. She can admit he's handsome, but she doesn't have any interests in him. She turned him into vampire "for fun", but she quickly started to regret it as soon as he started getting On her nerves.
Thyone first thought Ryo is just a really weak human. They fought in Shinjuku and Ryo stabbed her so she almost died. Thyone, who is a really proud vampire, couldn't forget about it. She got really angry and promised to kill Ryo and became obsessed with it.
