Imp's a pretty personal character to me! Anybody is free to draw him- you can even roleplay as him and stuff if you really want to! But I won't ever get rid of him, and ultimately have final say with what happens to him. Nothing makes me happier than seeing people connect to and have fun with him!

If you have a character I designed, you're free to do pretty much whatever you want with it! You can resell or edit the design to your hearts content. Just don't tell people that you designed it, and don't be a jerk or a creep.
