15. Trade Only's Ownership

Designs cannot be sold for more than they're worth, unless art is added to the initial design, such as commissions. Adding premades (that cannot be transferred over to the new owner's name) or freebies does not increase the worth. YCHs, commissions and other art, including personal WILL change the value slightly. Take pride in personal work! Designs ofc can be altered in a slight way or a major way, AS long as the original design can still be clearly shown. This means that even if you make changes, i.e. change the colors completely or just add a few more markings, the original design concept must be able to be recognized. I look forward to seeing your work. As for "twin" sets, such as the same design with colored hair or just a simple color change but same design or any slight change, it must be kept with the original design and sold as *one* character. Apologies for any inconvenience, but it still is the same design. Designs you do not want, I will take back. I ask design owners to let me know who now owns who and to let me know before they sell. I ask designs not to be sold to my shit-listed or black-listed users. Blacklisted users are generally just not allowed to get commissions/art from me, while my shit-list cannot get ANY art related to my brand, respectfully. It just makes me uncomfortable if they're on my shit list. However, black-listed users maybe are able to buy designs from other users, if the black-listed user reaches out. I can always help a supporter in a monetary tight space if they really MUST sell to a black-listed user.
