cartographer -- perfectionist . creative . meticulous

Atlas strives for perfection, and accepts nothing less. Though he is highly creative, Atlas is often limited by his need to plot out every single thing. He has been working on his universe since he knew how. He maps out every planet, every star, with meticulous care. He creates each species and structures the rules of the world to be just right. But because of this perfectionist streak, Atlas has never created a universe, too caught up on making this first one perfect. He's still formulating his universe, and it often causes him extreme stress and anxiety. No one seems to have given Atlas the memo that it doesn't have to be perfect, but alas.

Atlas often spends his time in his study, forgoing eating and drinking to work carefully on his world. He is incredibly reclusive, only seen out and about every once in a blue moon when his supplies are running low. Always caught up in his own machinations, Atlas can be frustrating to be around because it's so difficult to pry him away from his work. But he is a good friend, if one can put up with his quirks. He's always willing to lend a helping hand.

Atlas is one of the senior Deeretts. Who knows, truly, how old he is? Either way, he's been fussing about his universe for eons now. Other Deeretts can knock on his door to get help or to borrow some graphing paper. And though kind, one should be warned that Atlas can be hostile if disrespected.

On the subject of his wings, Atlas won't share the secrets behind the ever-shifting constellations spread across them. They seem almost as if portals to the night sky of a different world. It's clearly some kind of magic, but Atlas calls it a secret.

"No, no, that's not quite right!"
