May i please adopt this oc?

I wanna tell you why i want them. I recently entered a wta and did not win it but I still want an oc for this idea and i feel this bugger would fit and it would make it even funnier!

My one oc has weird issues and for some reason the moment he met this chara he was like they are my child! They are a skeleton but they are 100% sure this is their child. This oc (Sam is what i wanna name him) is a bit shy and sorta scared of Valt (the weird oc with issues).
