Pepper

Pepper is a non talker. She doesn’t like other Meeps and try’s to avoid them as much as possible. She even likes to differentiate her self from others by painting her light blue skin to dark blue. of course it always rubs of the next day

She does however like to talk to other creatures just not her own. Though she’d rather avoid every one as much as possible
