Design Terms of Use
Once a design is bought/received from me, you are allowed to use/alter the design however you wish within these guidelines:
- Credit to the original character design or creation is given to me (BirdyWren on Toyhouse)
- Reselling of the character cannot exceed the price paid for!
If the character belongs to some sort of closed species or other art or RPG community, the design is subject to said communities Terms of Service and therefore cannot be changed outside said terms
- Please do NOT credit me with heavily altered versions of my original designs! I am fine with changes being made, however, if a design is changed drastically from the original I may refuse credit once it no longer feels like my design. I would prefer if my art/original version was at least kept in a separate tab, public or private, rather than deleted
- Editing my references to make minor adjustments to characters is allowed, however, please reupload as a new image and credit my DeviantArt account, BirdyWren, so the new art does not show up in my toyhouse art tab!
