Dazzle

It's mentioned that Dionne/Archer and Allan/Joker are from a long line of sehashi. Their grandmother, Adelaide Forrester, was a sehashi back in the late 50s to early 60s by the name of Dazzle. She has a navy uniform with goldenrod and plum accents. Her powers are light based as her name suggests. Archer and Joker also have light based powers, lending some credence to the theory that sehashi powers have a genetic component to them.

She had a small team that she worked with. Coal was one of them.
