Miriam is a drifter, cast out by the normal world and content to live off the grid. She has a soft spot for lost souls, and tends to take them under her wing. Most people assume she's a fallen angel, but everybody knows not to ask about it. She's a heavy smoker, loves her whisky, and will always tell it to you straight. Recently she's taken in a young telepath that ran away from home, but she's "mom" to several other kids that have stumbled across her, in need of a place where they can feel accepted.
