miss velvetine (previously known as "lil' miss velvetine" as a filly), is an aristocratic, opinionated pegasus, who likes to stick her hoof in things that doesn't have anything to do with her. She loves artsy french noveau films, and can often be seen at uppity art galleries, or trying to master the perfect french tuck (see 'Tan France')
She's snobby, but only because she really is better than every other pony. And although her blunt, and rather rude behavior sends most ponies running, it is rumored she is dating another artist in ponyville.
