The Guardian of Mahou Wando.

A very old soul. KaiLong was one of Agatha Hargrooves' first original characters, and served as realm leader during her absence for one thousand years up until a few years ago. He comes off as extremely intimidating to most, but those close to him well knows that he's a kind soul underneath his stern face and dutiful streak.

KaiLong is now living his last working days as a part-time senior police chief, using the majority of his time to prepare Star Hargrooves for future realm leadership. As the guardian of Mahou Wando, The dragon will use his true form if great disaster befalls the realm.
