As the keeper of the Celestial Archives, Uriel embodies knowledge and wisdom in her lithe frame and smiling demeanor. She knows all and sees all, and in the end still chooses to believe in the goodness of humanity. Positive and all-knowing, she carries the demeanor of an elderly grandfather in a teenager's body, extolling story upon story to use as a morality tale or guide to those who may be seeking what they need. While she is fiercely protective of her duties, she is often slow to move to action because of how much knowledge she possesses and the different routes she can see her actions taking, which may be aggravating to some. When her unfiltered advice does comes through, it behooves one to listen as her advice without the trappings of a story means that the straits are dire.

Abilities

All-Knowledge: As the Angel of Wisdom, Uriel knows all that has happened, all that is happening, and all that is yet to be. This grants her endless wisdom and would make many feel burdened or despair under such knowledge, but she leans towards optimism and the idea that humans are generally good.

Light Travel: Uriel can travel at the speed of light, placing herself exactly where she wants to be precisely when she needs to be. This is useful in her work at the Archives or when visiting Earth.

Perception: Uriel has all the knowledge of her Archives at the tip of her mind, and can properly locate the needed record at a moment's notice. Touching the needed script gives her instant access to its contents.

The Erelim: The Third Heaven hosts many Erelim - winged, human-like creatures covered in eyes - that act as her librarians and archivists. Her thoughts and wishes control the Erelim in her sphere and help accelerate her duties.

Ursula Hani Ben-Asher

When she is able to get away from her very busy job as keeper of the Celestial Archives, Uriel takes on the guise of an eighteen-year-old British-Somali university student by the name of Ursula. She is enthusiastic about books and is often found in book stores or at specialty events, collecting as many new books as possible before disappearing to read them. Tall, lanky, bearing large-framed glasses and with a penchant for business casual clothing that looks more at home on a middle-aged businessman, Ursula is not easy to miss.
