about
Bast is a demon from the Underworld. She was born with a curse, and an obsession with cats. As she was growing up, her parents saw more and more that she started adoring the things humans did. She dressed, talked, and even acted like a human. When it was time to pick a Sin to take the role of, Bast refused, making her parents shun her. With this news, Bast fled to the Human Realm, in search of a more understanding audience. She constantly has to pretend that her oni-horn is a prosthetic, that she's blind in one eye, and that the moon on her head is just a cosmetic. Through all of this, people still loved her, and flocked to her because of her uniqueness.
She loved the Human Realm, and planned to stay there for the rest of her days. However, she forgot she was born with a curse. Bast always assumed her curse was the black cat familiar that follows her around, but she didn't realize it was more sinister than that. The first time she encountered her alter ego was devastating, and she had no control over it. She blacks out when her alter ego shows it's ugly self. The Shadow Cat is a gruesome sight that can make Bast transform at any time. It's a cat that looks like just a transparent shadow, but up close looks like a fiend. It has no face, just a mouth with many sharp teeth and a tongue long enough to snatch you up from afar. It's long, skinny figure and bony tail is enough to make anyone fear for their lives. What Bast doesn't realize, is staying in the Human Realm takes a toll on demons, and after awhile, the Shadow Cat has to come out for nourishment.
Every time this happens, Bast finds herself back into the Underworld, not knowing what happened. She often is faced with the horrible things that transpired when she was transformed. She was hurting the humans that she loved so dearly, which made her parents happy, and why they allow her to continue to visit the Human Realm without repercussions.

•Clothes don't matter as long as she has the color scheme Mint Green, Amethyst Purple, Off black, Burgundy Red. She usually dresses in a cute, lolita style.
•It is important that she has the oni horn, black moon, same eyes, and hair. If the hair is not in a ponytail, it should look medium length and pretty thin.
•She usually will be wearing something to do with cats, whether that be cat ears, paws, or just a collar.
•In her demon form, she has light purple skin. In her human form, she has a pale white skin tone. Her human form is thicker and bustier than her demon.
•Her shadow cat form is just that. A devilish looking black cat that has a bony tail, only a mouth for a face, and is thin. It's supposed to look very scary. Her shadow cat form MUST HAVE the same moon on it's head. The inside of her ears are a plum color.
•When thinking of poses, please note that Bast is very shy. She will usually be bashful, and cute to try to fit in.
