Smoky is a fellow Aggressive Ghost like Blinky,he may seem always angry,but he means no harm at all,just wants to protect his fellow ghostly gang,him and Blinky are considered to be most Aggressive ghosts.

When Fused with Kinzo,his for resembles dragon-like form that can able to breath/release smokes to block people's sights.
