★All designs are for personal use only, no commercial use.

★IMPORTANT! This applies to the rule below; when making alterations, it is courteous to let the designer know! You do not need to ask permission to make alterations but alterations are monitored and if said alterations are found which do not follow the T.O.S. you will be asked to revert any changes!

★When editing a design it must resemble the ORIGINAL design and color scheme! You may not edit it beyond recognition. Do not buy a design unless you are certain you like the majority of the design. ALTERATIONS INCLUDE: changes to gender, hairstyle, piercings, skull paint intricacy and SLIGHT color alterations to clothing, skull paint, hair, eyes, and skin. If you have concerns about alteration limitations, please contact the designer. ALL EDITS MADE TO THE DESIGN SHOULD REFERENCE THE ORIGINAL DESIGN, not previous edits: This is to preserve the original intent or theme of the initial design. You must ask to add additional cosmetic mutations!

★Major changes MUST be ok'd by the designer!

★ You may develop your character in any way you see fit, as long as it abides by the general species rules and plot-line!

★Resell is ok! However, the resell value cannot exceed what it was bought for except when additional commissioned artwork; and only commissioned artwork, is included in the new total.

★Trading is ok! However, you MAY NOT resell an adopt you got in a trade under any circumstances.

★Gifting is ok! However, you MAY NOT resell an adopt you got as a gift under any circumstances.

★Have fun! This is a rule you have to have fun or I body slam you!
